I heard you have to suck on a chode to make it stop.

I guess I should have put a disclaimer and said I'm not a doctor, so no guarantees.

Sorry sucking her chode didn't help, I wish you well. At least you got your daily dose of chode though.

Tinnitus?

Best bet is to sleep with something on to drown it out. A fan. White noise machine. TV set to a nature documentary.

Hey bro. I’ve heard that if you take ibuprofen, it’ll stop. Dude at work suggested that.

Funny...mine are ringing now too. Didn’t notice it before. Thanks.

If it's tinnitus, you don't. Just have to learn to live with it.

On a positive note, a chirping cricket won’t bother you anymore.

Have you tried this (YouTube video)?

I didn't believe it, but my mother tried it and she said it did make a difference. I was stunned.

Haven’t heard silence in 20 years. Welcome to team tinnitus. Wait until the first time you hear the pitch change, going to freak you the f out.

Keep your head under water for 7 minutes. That will stop it. It worked for me, my grandma's home remedy.

Docs will say to seriously cut down on salt intake. Also, if you take more than low dose aspirin, stop that.

My never stops, sometimes loud enough to wake me up. Its a nerve thing in the ear and usually not fixable, only slightly managed.

ALSO, the BIGGEST thing for me is artificial sweetners!!!!!! All types. Test that out. They will make it go crazy. And sometimes too much sugar.

I've had tinnitus for years. Some days are worse than others.

Good luck I've been dealing with it since I was 18, I'm 50 now and it only gets worse.

Tinnitus generally goes hand in hand with hearing loss. Get your hearing tested. I use to see some vitamin on TV advertised for it.

Possibly getting your blood pressure down would help.
