I have been on both sides.. I was a bartender and had to deal with drunk azzholes.. So I understand the trials and tribulations that CS has to deal with...
At Winn Dixie I know which cashiers to go to and the ones to avoid. It has gotten to a point where I have deservedly snapped back at the bad ones. You get sick of getting the attitude. One time, of many, I questioned a price and got "I could charge you more" and I responded "You think you are being fricking funny?" I might have gone too far but that put an end to that foolishness. Winn Dixie is terrible at the price being the same on the shelf and price in the system.

Society’s trash provide nothing to the world and have no actual authority in their lives. This is why they love to be an arse to any poor service worker they can find.

Businesses need to start empowering their employees to tell mouthy societal rejects to kick rocks.

Went to the Exxon on Northside Drive in Jackson to get some ribs a couple of years ago. Sweet Daddy's makes some good bbq. Let's just say not too many white folks frequent this gas station and its had a few shootings over the years.

Black lady who sliced up and packaged my ribs thanked me for being so nice to her, said I was the nicest customer she had all day. All I did was say please and thank you for the service. Nothing special. Apparently her own people were treating her and the help like crap all day.

Can pretty much guarantee your customer base was nothing like what Walmart associates deal with. It takes a special kind of a-hole to call corporate to try to get someone fired because they wouldn’t return something without a receipt that’s clearly used far beyond newness.

I honestly feel for retail workers. I give them a lot of credit for working instead of just sitting home and so I try to be kind to them.

Maybe your punk arse needs to find another job if people worrying about their family bothers you.

Seriously, you are a fricking scumbag and it shows.

I would set your sorry little arse straight in a flash. What a fricking punk.

Maybe, but one thing is for sure: You ain't going to do a thing about it.

As short staffed as healthcare is these days, you should be fricking grateful you get any help at all.

Big difference between you and working in a Walmart or Kroger

You overreacted big time, especially if you hurled profanity at the worker

Your "I'm the best you can get attitude" would end real quick.

We don't seem to have that problem around here. You must be in a hick area or ghetto where no one wants to lives.

Your employer is probably a pretty low rated place. Staffed full of Meharry Medical College grads.

You must be in Memphis or Jackson or some other shithole.

Same kind of people who mistreat restaurant wait staff and always feel the need to complain about something not up to their standards at restaurants.

All young people should work as a waiter/ waitress at least once. You will
never mistreat a service worker again after that.

I had to get my rabies shots at LSU Oschner in Shreveport. Everyone, including the cleaning lady, was super nice.

So, the beefalo calls the company's customer service line, telling that "they won't accept my return because I bought it two months ago." The customer hands the phone to the CSR, who is told to accept the return and they cut her off from telling the true story.

The CSR didn’t make the call or call back directly??

It would not surprise that corporate makes policies it wants it retail employee to enforce and then backtracks making employee or manager look foolish, but usually that’s after the fact and the store gets official notice to process something later.

Accepting call made by customer and made on customer’s phone would only make sense if location listed a number that a manager answers and employee/CSR knew person and voice.

You might as well of named a hospital in Tokyo. Passed through Shreveport and grabbed a hotel room bedide the interstate a few times, and that was 25 years ago.
