This trashy fatass here probably stiffs the staff and treats them like crap.

Could not use restroom at Chick Fil A in Lafayette
She said they couldn’t pay for staff to perform state required cleaning for limited seating capacity
This was when it was 25%

No, there are just some dynamics people do not get if they have not worked there. Just like I do not know what is involved in other industries.

Unfortunately, we do not have a magic crystal ball that tells us we are going to get bombed with orders. The laws of physics also dictate a small window to prepare your food to a certain level of quality
Your ordering system should have upper and lower control limits and once orders exceed that pre-determined limit it cuts off orders until some other pre-determined time. Additionally management should be able to roughly forecast demand and allocate resources properly during peak usage.

Never worked in a kitchen? Not being a dick here. You know how long it should take and give yourself a little room. For those that worked in a kitchen, when a server asks for something "2 minutes" is the standard answer
Nope, alls I know is that every time I place a to-go order, the call ALWAYS ends with "give us about 15 to 20 minutes".

I understand the anger of the OP but because of this
There's just no reason to be miserable. All you can do is be patient.

Probably one of two things. Either they can't get sufficient staff back into work because unemployment is still paying more OR they can't operate at a limited capacity (and the additional costs associated with full service) and still make a profit.

The hoax ends in July?
According to models things will fizzle out to essentially nothing by August 4th. They've been using this date for a while now

Actually, according to models there wi be a larger surge in the fall. But we can worry about that in October.

I think the original comment about ending in July was in regards to the enhanced unemployment benefits ending.

Any basic operations management course would be able to teach you statistical process control.

Seem to be doing ok without it but I'll take that into consideration
