Chefs and restaurant owners are incredibly full of themselves for no reason. They think they are important because they make food. The celebritization of the service industry is one of the strangest things i've ever seen.
"I'm a "badass" that cooks food for people. Look at all of my tattoos and alternative lifestyle. Nevermind that i live in an 800 sqft apartment and am either a divorced deadbeat dad, or single with no prospects. I'm an artist!!!!"
Just shut up and cook my food. I'll pay extra for a great meal, but not with a side of liberalism in my face. And newsflash, poverty stricken progressives aren't dining at your wannabe michelin star restaurant. It's us working folks that do that, until you give us reasons not to.

I've worked in the realm of the service industry and I learned a loooooooong time ago - be Switzerland. Money is green. It isn't Democrat or Republican.
This fricknut is about to learn that there isn't enough liberal or gay or trans or whatever money to keep you afloat when you move against literally half the country.
I just wish I could be there for her "Maybe I shouldn't have done that" moment. That's really my only regret. Oh well. Bring on the Adam Smith lessons. I greatly hunger for the other shoe to drop, for nothing more than my own amusement.

So, any of the State Police Executive Protection Detail need to stay away. Most restaurants welcome the presence of uniformed law enforcement types to keep the other types away.
