GW wasn’t an architect to anything close to the complexity of the deal.

This is a insane jump in this conflict and literally the only people on the internet who aren't the least bit concerned about this are the people here on tiger droppings.

Yep. Killing a military leader of another country without a Congressional war approval is bad, bad, bad, regardless of that leader’s past actions. The blowback is going to be ugly.

I don't know. It could be one of those things like finally exposing the well known secret.

First one to get the Iranian to the negotiating table talking about nuclear restrictions, ya I'm pretty far off there

The way you're trying to stretch here discredits your other posts (as if Russia and China would hold a proxy war against the US)

Just admit you have a case of the TDS and go get some bedrest.

Are assassinations legal, Aren't they a type of war crime?

Exactly. The attack was in Iraq, not Iran so the question would be to those who are concerned is “why was he there”.

Why was an Iraqi military guy with the Iranian military guy?

Do we even know if US forces did this?

Was it al baghdadi that pelosi was all butthurt about trump not briefing her on before killing him?

I think we will be just fine here. Trump doesn’t need to run anything past pelosi or Schumer. He could offer a cure for cancer and they wouldn’t approve.

This is about on par with another country assassinating a US cabinet member on foreign soil. Secretary Of State, Vice President, Secretary of Defense, etc.

Should have been our response after Benghazi. Glad we have a President with a backbone.

only when engaged in active combat. "can't" cut his throat in a massage parlor.

Keep it up breaking agreed upon rules, and biological stuff can happen.

Yeah. She was pissed that she didn't get time to warn him before Trump sent the hit squad.

Interesting seei g you do lots of edits, maybe some quick wiki reads? This is such a multi pronged event that effect not only Iran but Iraq Lebanon and Syria. Full wars are over, there are only proxy wars which wouldn't invoke NATO. Also do you really think other countriea would follow America again? We're the only ones who have invoked article 5 for self defense and we used on a country that didn't even attack us

You are a propagandist for evil and terror. There will be no war. The recent events will finally get the Nazi’s in Germany, Sweden, and other EU countries from doing business with devil in Iran. Trump’s sanctions are greatly hurting Iran’s dictatorship. The loss of economic aid from Europe should be the nails the coffin for the regime.

From fracking to sanctions, Trump is ending the 40 year evil dictatorship in Iran.

Trump should win the Nobel Peace Prize.

So the bombing at the Baghdad airport where he was located, wouldn’t that be considered active combat?

I mean I get why people are saying this, but in this scenario it only makes sense if the US SECSTATE personally liaisons with dictators and terrorist leaders to run proxy wars.
