Turkey is a NATO member and will not ever ever do anything that actually jeopardizes that. That alliance is the best thing that’s happened to Turkey since the Middle Ages
Russia doesn’t want any part of this, and neither does China. If shite actually hits the fan, Moscow and Beijing will leave the Ayatollah out to dry.
Russia’s fight with the West is in Eastern Europe and their desire for warm water naval bases.
China cares far too much about gaining leverage in SE Asia to use their capital on defnending a belligerent theocracy with zero—absolutely zero— hope for victory
