Soleimani is Iran. He has been the one responsible for all upheaval in the Mid East. As someone mentioned earlier he’s basically the Secretary of State of Iran.

It sounds like someone’s knowledge of Turkey’s involvement in NATO is limited to the Trump administration and Erdogan buying the S-400. The Turks don’t have a larger historical enemy than Russia. Russia’s overt and stated desire to control the Strait (Istanbul) is the entire reason Turkey is a NATO member
