We had a bomb threat at my middle school in the 90s.
It ended up being a hoax, but still shut the school down.

Just talked to a teacher.
Bomb threat was run-of-mill. Nothing came of it but it was hectic getting the students in the largest school in the state out of classrooms(where the threat was specified) and into a safe area of the school at the SAME time.
There was no stabbing or any violence of any substance. All the kids and faculty went home safely.

In the one semester that I taught at EA, we had three. In 17 years at the same school in EBR, I've never experienced one. Must be one of those white people things.

I am and I have received literal threats for this kid being my friend since the 8th grade. I'm pissed at the school kids tho because they bullied him his whole life calling him things like stalker and such. really hurt him bad. No excuse for what he did though.

You think Ascension parish has grown this fast on its own accord? White flight from EBR to AP by racist parents or ones that couldn’t afford private school.

This is not correct unless the kids were not told about it. This is the first time they went home early for this.

Wanting a better life and education for your kids does not make you racist. Just like the 1% of black kids who go to Catholic High, most parents want their kids to get the best education they can afford.
