I don't want them to owe me anything, I just don't want them blaming me for their own problems. And to be fair, IRL most of them do not

All I want from black Americans are the same things I want from every American: try in school, do your best to support yourself, avoid harming others unless absolutely necessary, don’t take what isn’t yours, be respectful of other people’s time and personal space, avoid addiction as much as possible, raise the children you create, deal with others honestly, plan for the future, take care of your physical health, take pride in your personal appearance, love your country while respecting its traditions, and take pride in the wellbeing of your community and environment.

Yup. I've never met a black person in real life who thinks we owe them reparations. It's always been white women or dudes who sound a lil left handed. Social media doesn't show you real life.

Take total # of slaves in US from 1776 to 1860
Attribute inflation adjusted minimum wage to 90% of them
10% get the inflation adjusted hourly wage for skilled labor.
After determining average life expectancy, adjust for:
First 5 years of life as non-productive.
Last 5 years of life at reduced productivity (50%)
THIS GETS YOU WHAT IS OWED TO BLACKS
Now, subtract:
1) Capital investment (purchase of slaves) - typically in gold/species
2) Inflation adjusted cost of:
a) housing
b) food
c) clothing
d) healthcare
e) "maintenance" during first 5 and last 5 years (at 50%).
3) Lost economic impact and opportunity for the 600k KILLED in the fight for their freedom.
The math ain't gonna math for blacks.
