It appears that this law, already on the books in Alabama will be enforced very soon. I know it's going to suck to have to break camp completely every evening and haul it in just to put it back up next morning. What's the OT take ?

Wouldn't be an issue if assholes wouldn't just up and leave town with their beach stuff still out in the beach. But as usual a few assholes ruin it for everybody so now we have to pack up EVERY. FREAKING. NIGHT. Thanks assholes.

We've always done that anyway. Seems pretty trashy to leave your shite out unless it's a pretty secluded or not crowded beach.

All night, every day we are there.

We remove the coverings, but leave the frames up. Then, at the end of the week we take everything. We've never left a speck of trash, even on that nasty Guf Shores beach.

This is stupid.

The problem is actually the drunken gumps that come down for the weekend and are too lazy to pick up their crap when they head back to their trailers.

Until the hotels have to pick up their wooden chair frames I should be able to leave my tent frame.

When we stayed in GS, we stayed here for years:

It is miles from the public beach, so are my tent frames bothering anyone?

I guarantee you, the beach rentals at the hotels will be exempt from thins

Wooden chairs, no.

I'd imagine this is to discourage little homeless tent villages from popping up more than busting tourists for leaving their douche-tents up.

On the other hand, they're not going to lose any sleep ticketing tourists.

You should pack up daily anyway. No one wants to look at your shite sitting there all day anyway

I broke down and bought like a 200 dollar one the other day. Enjoyed one day of it. That evening i got to watch it fold up like an accordion whilst enjoying a cocktail for my balcony.

What fricking trash does not remove their tent?

I assume you've got a bunch of other WT with you if you have a tent up, so why not take the 4 minutes it takes to take down the tent?
