No it usually not. It's usually a totally seperate company that manages the beach chairs. The condos typically aren't in the chair rental business. However, they do and sometimes can charge it to your room number if the condo and chair rental company have that agreement.

People leave their easy ups on the beach. They can't stand very much wind. so they end up mangled and no one picks them up. I see it ALL THE TIME.
Read the Pensacola fishing forum. People are pulling up umbrellas and trash all the time.
Chairs folded up are no problem. But stuff that can blow away shouldn't be left.

That's the thing, you say it is miles away from the public beach...but I doubt it is.
I don't think you, nor most other visitors, know what constitutes a public beach in the State of Florida.
Private beaches in FL are extremely rare.
Private beach access in FL is common.

I take the top off, lower the poles and leave all my chairs and tent right there for the week. I'm way to lazy to haul that crap back.

We stayed at a house with a private beach. Left it all out there all week. That 150 feet was all ours. And all the houses next to us did the same.

08 I live in st. John's county along the beaches. About 20 mins to jacksonville, and 15 mins to St.augustine. I live in Ponte vedre,FL and the stretch called AIA from my house to St.augustine are secluded and have numerous accesses to them. I would not say they are private but they sure do feel like. Go during the week you might see 2 people out there. They are state parks and are protected it looks as if the beaches and dunes haven't been touched since the explorer's saw them.

Only trash bring tents to the beach. Florida has enforced this all summer this year. I'm glad. If it gets left on the beach, they haul it away.

I meant it's pretty far from the Pier and large parking lots.
That said, we do rent a large house for a week, like we've been doing for 30 years.
The house is next to other houses, so it is somewhat limited, in terms of how many people typically walk up and down. I linked the one earlier that we rented in GS, you can tell by the pics what I'm talking about.

The true sign of the usual fat arse who hits Gulf Shores once every 1-3 years. Please just stay there and don't come farther down. How much shite could you possibly need to bring to enjoy the beach?
