Most of them get left out overnight, wind kicks up & folds it up, it blows like a tumble weed. If we are lucky they actually go pick it up, halfass fold it up and try to cram it in the trash can at the food of the walkover. 'murica

We always set up day 1, then every afternoon we pile everything under our tailgate tent, and lower the legs so the roof snugs down over our stuff.
Pick it all up on the last day.
We rent a beach house away from main public beaches (Ft. Morgan area) so it has never been addressed with us by any authority figure.

I use to hate getting out there in the early AM to have some a-hole leave an empty tent until noon.

This is condo people complaiing.
