It's getting an orange tinge to it over here in SE BR now .. what little of it you can see behind and between clouds .. This sucks .. Just the eastern sky has clouds .. The rest is almost clear ..

Last tiny little bit left, it's about gone here. Great clear skies and live on a hill outside city, even just with binoculars it's amazing to look at.

I can see the blood moon but it's dim. I bet it'll look pretty bad arse in remote, dry areas out west.

I'm tempted to get in my car and drive out of my neighborhood to an area that has more sweeping views. But I'm being lazy

Honestly....I thought the moon would look larger in the sky....doesn't really look much bigger to me imo.

frickin shitty weather in Lafayette. Feels like this happens everytime

Yeah it's a bummer. We could see the moon around 8:30 but it's like the clouds completely took over the sky.

It's low on the horizon somewhere and there will be awesome pics of it tomorrow.

I thought the moon looked big before the eclipse started. Took me forever to find a place in my yard where the trees weren't blocking it. Then the clouds rolled in. You could see the eclipse happening pretty clearly and I stayed with it until I could no longer see the moon. The clouds have it all covered up now. You can tell there's something there, but it doesn't look red with the clouds.

Did anyone see the high speed object that streaked across the sky at 9:20pm? We were looking at the eclipse and watched this thing fly from one end of the horizon to the outer.

Checked the space station tracker but it was not ISS. figure it was a ruskie spy satellite.

Too much city where I'm at to make it anything better than a "pale salmon moon" I think.

I'm seriously bummed about this. I was looking forward to it all week and of course it's raining. Can't see shite. Not even sure where to look in the sky for a glimpse.

What do you think the ancient people thought was happening when this occurred?

Where I am in FW, it's pale...but pale enough to make it look like a molten ball!
