there was a girl in our neighborhood where I grew up whose mother was exposed and that kid was in terrible shape, she could walk and play in the back yard but she was a complete blubbering idiot(not saying that in a hateful way, just the best description of her,) we would play with her but I don't think there was ever any real communication, always had a smile on her face though
