I was going to say that, but it actually excludes a lot more people. Straight males of European, Asian, and Middle Eastern descent. It's a pretty exclusionary policy when you break it down.

2021 legalities: never say you are exclusive. If you want to exclude somebody, say you are inclusive of everybody but.

If that’s true, it would pretty easy to sue.
My college had a really great academic scholarship that probably 40% of students got. I applied and got denied. I went in to protest because I knew numerous people from my HS that got it with GPAs 10 points lower. I turned down A&M to go to a local college with my girlfriend. (.. yes put the p on the pedestal) and I figured I would have it easy with scholarships.
They looked at my numbers again and said your family makes too much.
“But my parents aren’t paying for my school.”
Then emancipate yourself.
“I know people that are more well off than me with lower GPAs that received full rides.”
Voice got real low and she said, “I get it. You have a better GPA and resume than most our students. But you’re an above average white male with middle class parents. You’re f*cked kid.”

Anybody can claim to be gay to get a job in that Morgan Stanley program. If they challenge your claim, sue the life out of them.
They’re a financial services company, so suing them would be lucrative.

My school didn’t do 4.0 GPAs back in the 90s. And it was a D2 school in West Texas.
