I hate tailgaters... I also hate people that pull in front of me and make me slam in my brakes when there is nobody behind me and then way to drive 40 in a 55..... but I don't tailgate.....

One time I was driving behind a garbage truck that had a bunch of seagulls following it
All of a sudden a seagull fell and landed on my window and got stuck so I put on the wipers and the sea gull came off and went hurtling behind me in traffic and hit a cop car
I got a ticket for flipping the bird at an officer

Just saw a woman pulled over on the side of the road coming home, that was riding her bicycle down a 6 lane road with no shoulder during rush hour with one of those baby trailers in tow. Share the road!

Was second in line at a traffic light many years ago. A tractor trailer was in front of me. Naturally it took the rig 60+ seconds to get through the light. It turned red as I was going through behind the rig. Got pulled over. LEO gave me a choice, traffic light violation or following too closely. He said following too closely was more points and more expensive. Chose light violation.
It was Veterans Day and I was still in the military and he ticketed me anyway.

Pulling into a lane in front of cars where traffic is flowing 10 mph faster than you are is more dangerous than moving over to let cars merge. The merging cars can slow down or speed up much easier than a car driving 75 in the passing lane.
