Your biggest argument was that another officer on the scene could have intervened to ensure that the officer being tased was not killed after incapacitated. He pointed out that this is actually exactly what happened.

The frickin news, Fox 8, just said that the guy "fell asleep" in the drive through line. He was passed out drunk. Then they said he appeared to fire the taser in the cops direction. Are you fricking kidding me?? I am sure it is not them, and all media are being told how to frame this, but come the frick on!!!! Appeared to fire, in the cops direction, it is all clear as day.

Anyone who thinks fighting the police and forcefully taking their taser- a way to temporarily incapacitate them- is going to end well for you is a moron. The kind of moron who wants to let other prison morons like this guy back on the streets to create more mayhem.

Stupid fricktard resists arrest, then runs from police and during chase points taser(could have been anything) at police.
How can anyone expect the pursuing officer NOT to defend himself?
Should he have risked himself to make sure the guy was unarmed?
How can the Police Commish say he wasn't a threat? He was rolling on the ground fighting with 2 police officers. They should have knocked him in the head.
That the officer was terminated is horribly unjust. The officer did as he had been trained.

It's abundantly clear you did not watch the video. The perp was frisked long before they attempted to arrest him. He had no weapon, other than the one he took off of leo. And yes, they should have risked their lives to make sure he remained unarmed.
