I’ve never had the luxury of it but I’ve heard pasteurized milk doesn’t even compete

How would raw milk be different from here vs a normal dairy farm?

It's like you idiots want to get sick. On the cusp of another pandemic and you want to drink raw milk infected with bird flu lol

Meanwhile Louisiana will likely have the first bird flu death

The tighter the quarters they keep the cows the more unsanitary and likely to have issues with the milk.

It is like chickens. Natural roaming chickens don't have the risk of salmanila because they don't eat their poop when they have options.

Me and my big family have been drinking raw milk for about 22 years now. We're all strong as oxes.

Will knucklecheck at any local Sonic.

We've always bought from farmers we know, and now we have our own cows.

Some of you govt-fed lemmings should actually look at the data. Zero... ZERO... deaths related to fresh raw milk in the 30+ years the CDC has been desperately trying to track and pin something on this quiet little micro-industry.

Meanwhile, any guesses as to how many people die on average each year from raw oysters? Bueller?

It's finally, FINALLY, legal in this bassackwards state to buy and sell raw milk. Louisiana was one of the last 5 states in the union to still ban it.

While I'm here... frick you, Mike Strain. You said it'd never pass on your watch. But here we are, tubby.

$22 a gallon?! LOL the whole point years ago was to save money by milking your own cow.

$22 for a gallon is 5 times what pasteurized milk cost

I grew up on a dairy farm drinking it. As a result I can’t drink store bought whole milk. It tastes off to me.

As for worries about bacteria and germs in raw milk, perhaps if you hand milk the cows into a dirty bucket and then consume it. That was never the case on my family farm and the regulations in place for keeping milking equipment clean and sanitized meant that it was nearly impossible for an issue to occur. The insides of those milk machines, pipelines, receiving hall, bulk tank, etc. had to be as clean as an operating room instruments. If the daily testing that was done showed that they were not up to snuff we’d be shut down.

Even if I leave the rubber boots in the truck.
