That's it and what I told my wife. There's no way Mack Butler has any stroke to make this happen. I was just mentioning the relation. This is already going sort of viral at least locally on campus, so LSU will have to take some kind of action. Even if legally (???) he is allowed to enroll, he ain't gonna want to be here for long. Situations will take care of themselves.

May sound like political board material, but blame Democrats. If the kid was treated under juvenile offender laws, LSU would have no reason to deny the kid admission as long as he or his parents are paying tuition and met admission requirements which were also eased up during the JBE administration.
His admission would weigh heavily on how he could answer, and LSU’s interpretation and wording of “Have you ever been convicted with a felony?” Or the question of “Have you ever been charged or adjudicated with a crime?”

No. This case has been in the news for over a year.
There was plenty of outrage when his felony charges were dropped and he was placed on youthful offender status and probation.
