In Orleans, a rolling right on red costs around $140, and you won’t know about it until the ticket from the camera arrives in the mail about 4 weeks later.
In my case my brake lights were on in the picture.
But you don’t have to pay camera tickets, and that’s a great feeling.

Well, think of it this way. You've probably done something similar hundreds of times without being caught. So the real per-violation fine is something like 50 cents.

I did leave a part of this story out. The officer gave me a really hard time about not having registration with the car. It is a rental car and the only papers Enterprise gave me were the normal check-out papers they give you when you rent a car. I had the reservation on my phone as well that I showed the officer. He re-iterated several times that he decided not to give me a ticket for lack of registration but to be sure to have it in the future. Thing is - rental car companies rarely give you the registration and the check-out papers are what typically as as that.
Location: For those wondering the exact location was in Boyce. So be careful around those parts.
