Went deep sea fishing out of Jacksonville, FL....fished all day and the captain and I were BS-ing all day....He leans over and says to you follow college sports?

I told him absolutely mainly Tech and LSU.....He said..."O really now go check out the captains quarters"

Which was just a nasty old cot and a shelf...but there was LSU stuff from the 60s all over it. LSU pics of Billy Cannon...LSU posters everywhere...framed ticket from Halloween night that he said was his dads.

after we got off and had the fish cleaned i went to shake his hand and he reached in his bag and handed me a 5th of Gentleman Jack and said "GEAUX TIGERS"!

Haven't been back to Jacksonville but that guy was captain Scott and his boat was named the lost lady or the ladies loss or something like that.

where in Bergen? I visited there when I lived in Stavanger, Norway.

There was a Louisiana Cajun cafe in Bergen when I went. Aside from a "different" hamburger and pizza... that was the only other food I could stomach. Was working for a Norwegian O&G company at the time.

Was in Boston, MA a few years ago on business.

After a days worth of meetings, a few of my local counterparts took me to a Red Sox game. We stopped at some barroom, not sure of the name but walking distance to Fenway, for a few cold ones.

Inside was an autographed picture of Les Miles, various LSU pictures and banners, and other general LSU stuff.

I asked the local management why all of the LSU gear, and come to find out, the local Boston Alumni chapter meets at this barroom for all LSU sporting events.

I enjoyed it. Enjoyed Fenway too.

Vintage clothing store in Brooklyn Was going through their shirts when this yellow shirt caught my eye. In Old English lettering it said "On the 8th day God created the LSU tigers"
Completely out of place with all the stuff in there.

Have a friend that taught at a girl's school in Pakistan. He was literally in the middle of nowhere and came upon a random farm; there was an LSU t-shirt hanging on the clothes line.

Kunming China.

A few years back, walking down the sidewalk on a Saturday in Kunming with an LSU t-shirt on and got a Geaux Tigers. It was Andy Hamilton and and his wife and he had on a LSU cap.

Driving from Richmond back to Northern Virginia on Saturday I saw a truck with a Pennsylvania tag that read “LSU TGRS” (no truck nuts).

There’s a restaurant in Miami called Garcia’s owned by the family of Luis Garcia, former LSU baseball player and CWS champion. These photos are from last week when I was there.

Ate at Garcia’s last summer, awesome restaurant and I took some pics of the memorabilia in there also lol. Another weird place I saw a guy in LSU gear was in Martha’s Vineyard.

Smoked a lot of hash in Oswego back in the day. We’d go sit in a cherry orchard located on cliffs overlooking the lake. Gorgeous up there.
