This is a pretty horrifying scenario. Well done, OP. 
Personally, I don't think I could do it. Just the thought of it makes me queasy, and I love horror, gore, and the like.
However, I am not surprised that 90% of the OT could rip teeth out of their heads for cash.

All of them. My teeth are hot garbage anyways and I plan on getting them replaced or veneered in my 30s anyways.

I couldn't do it. Even knowing that there was that kind of money waiting, I wouldn't be able to do it. I have had a huge fear and many nightmares about losing my teeth. No way.
