Drive each one and the one you like the best is the one you buy. Quality in full-size trucks is tit for tat. You have to live with paying for the truck. Get the one you like the best.

Before I do anything I might go drive a used model of each one with about 30-40k miles in good condition just to see how they have held up.
I may end up buying slightly used anyway. seems you can get a more expensive model with maybe 10-15k miles for at least 3-5k less. alot of times they will be certified with longer powertrain warranties also.

I have a 2012 F150 with 418,000 miles...I would prefer Les Miles.

No dealership has that kind of markup. Dealerships only have a 2%-7% markup depending on brand. All these $12,000 off type ads are losses to dealers. It's usually a supplier pricing plus $8,000 - $9000 rebates then the dealer discounts whatever is left to get that $12,000. Almost is always a loss.

Just scored 2017 Nissan Titan Diesel 4x4 at Giles in Lafayette and it comes with a lifetime power train warranty,,,,,let’s see any dealership top that warranty, or price for a 4x4 Diesel

If you remember, the foam in those seats would dry rot after a while, and would crumble up..
Maybe they should try that memory foam like those high price mattresses...
But yes, they were comfortable...

If we can make cars drive themselves these days you would think we could design a seat that would last but would still be as comfortable as a sofa.

The Fords always come way off the sticker. When I looked last summer, the salesman immediately took about $8k off the sticker of an XLT without me even trying to haggle. So a new XLT was about $35k. I’m not sure if the other brands do that. They probably do.

I like my 5.7 Tundra a lot but I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to buy another brand for the right deal. I think they’re all nice (except the hideous Titan). Ram has a great look and the Hemi is probably fun.
Chevy needs to put that 6.0L into it’s lower models. That’s the engine I want.

Yep. You can get a 2017 right now 12k or so off the sticker since the 2018s are out
