It will continue to get worse until they wake up. This was set into motion in 1964 when welfare was incentivized.

No, it coincides with shtty culture, entitlement mentality, terrible decision making, bad parenting and following the commands of their White Liberal Overlords.

These are problems the black community can fix but choose not to.

6 years is an interesting sample size.

I'd be really curious to see what the 4 year splits were from 16-20, and 20-24 (I'd accept through 22 expecting that this is the last data available).

Usually people look at 5 year splits, or 4 year administration terms....but 6 seems odd.

Could be just me.

could be that 4 year or 5 year splits didn't give whoever looked at the data the results they wanted?

Just interesting.

Surely you're not suggesting that a stable family structure could have an impact on success, bigot.

Patiently waiting for some lefty media source to publish some article or study which relieves the black families themselves from any responsibility or accountability in this. This article or study may or may not blame white people at the same time.

All of these studies are complete bullshite.

"The problem of 0" and basic math concepts prove that these are desperate attempts at attention.

That will never happen.

Did you read your own article?
The gap is huge in both areas with the most segregation (new York, california) and cities with the most progressive laws.
