Kids these days aren’t going to have very strong history backgrounds. A few years ago I taught 5th grade math, science, and social studies in Gonzales. Instead of teaching science and social studies daily, they wanted us to teach science for two weeks then social studies the next two weeks. Their grades in math were so piss poor that we had to spend most of the time on math and rarely got to the other subjects.

Pretty sure 1. they stay consistently booked and 2. they show up as one of the top venues in NOLA on wedding planning sites. Seems like an odd thing to call a poor business decision when that can easily be refuted by seeing the amount of business they do
