I will say graduating in 2012 wasn't fun either.

You think it's the poor Asians and Indians that are becoming physicians?
Please explain to me how the caste system and communist Asia are even better examples of pulling yourself up by the bootstraps.
Jesus, we're tripling down at this point.

Some of my favorite arguments are that they could buy a home at 25 in the 1980s and somehow it is the fault of the individual that that isn’t repeatable now.
They will ignore statistics though.
The whole millennial generation just collectively decided that they simply didn’t want to obtain a home at a younger age.
I should have just worked minimum wage jobs and built a house like Roger.

Forget all the back and forth in here. I want to know how much all you deadbeats have paid into SS and Medicare so far.

It's greater than 0, so more than I'll likely receive in return.

50% of physicians are nonwhite.
That number is growing.

A lot of truth to that. I’m 41. I didn’t buy my first house until 38.
My parents bought their house in the mid-70a (right before I was born) with only one of them working a job. It cost $1,000 more than our down payment three years ago.

Theoretically more like 125,000 since salaries factor those costs in.

It is difficult keeping up with millennials’ outlook. A few years ago every article written indicated millennials didn’t want to be homeowners. They preferred experiences over possessions, they preferred urban social settings, they didn’t want to give up mobility, they disliked the idea of home maintenance. Now it seems they’ve collectively changed their minds after missing the boat.
