Oh look... something else Louisiana doesn't have.

One in Shreveport (Bert Kouns/I20), one in Bossier (Industrial/I20).

One in West Monroe (Wells Road exit)

Gas station rankings:
1. Buccees
2. QT
3. Kum and Go
4. Loves
5. Newer Circle K's.

Very interesting expansion model…it’s not just within one region, but absolutely blow up in the cities they enter

I could be wrong but I think Publix does this as well.

QT is great. I love how one cashier will work 2 registers. He rings one person up, and as they are paying, he’s scanning the next person on the second register.

Smaller than a Buccee’s but great for a… Quick Trip.

Building one in Ruston, looks to be about 75% complete. Lot at I-20 and US-167 had a coming soon sign for over a year.

I wonder what they think of all the tax breaks Buc-ee's is getting - didn't hear about QT getting anything.

Based on one visit to the Bossier location, I agree with the Chic-fil-a comparison.

The new one is West Monore is as clean as a gas station can get. Literally takes 1-2 mins to get in and out if you buy anything inside.

I dare you to go hang out at QT on Panola Rd. just off of I-20 in Lithonia. You're guaranteed to see where it gets its reputation and nickname "Club QT"

I was at the one on Flat Shoals Parkway yesterday evening, in South Dekalb. That area is about 95% black, but that gas station runs better than any Louisiana business I've ever dealt with.

The ones I’ve stopped at in Ga were always efficient. The people they hired were a cut a above regular stations. They actually give a shite.

There were a few about 5 years back (Shawano and Waupaca counties) that were small as frick but they've since built new ones.

In Iowa where there are Quick Trips and Kwik Trips, Kwik Trip is renamed as “Kwik Star” to avoid confusion

Both are great, as are Kum & Go and Casey’s

true convenience stores, not just a “gas station” (aka the Shell or Chevron with a crappy trailer attached to it selling chips which is what Louisiana has the most of)

Their folks at the registers are wicked fast! They are absolute pros at multitasking and covering multiple customers (correctly) at once. The only down side to a QT station is that their coffee "could use some improvement." Apart from that, I have no complaints.

Yeah, I'm a coffee snob. Got addicted to Community Dark Roast when I left the hills and hollers of Kentucky to join y'all coon-asses for college at LSU. The Ole War Skule def' improved my life and refined my tastes for things of quality. Even got inducted as an Honorary Coon-arse and they gave me a Coon-arse name... "Couillon." (They told me it meant "honored guest" or something like that.)

So, if QT would just start using Community Coffee in their brewing lines, things would be perfect!
