Question on personal hygiene

As I’m sure many of you do, I have significant sweat in my man parts and perianal region following a long day of work. In the evenings when I shower, I scrub my sack and arse vigorously but to little avail. When I get out and dry off, often times I check to see how good of a job I did and many times my fun spots still smell putrid.
What does the OT do about such dilemmas?
