How do you identify a three year old as athletic? I need to start identifying if my 15 month old girls are athletic. They both measured in the 90-95 percentile for height and 50-55 percentile for weight at their last appointment.

Should I start getting them involved in figure skating or downhill skiing?

When I was 3 my schedule was "eat, nap, try not to shite in pants". Prayers sent to little Tim Tebow over there.

Remember recipe for success

1.always put your best player at first and pitcher.
2.Set tee up so players hit down 3rd base line
3.When bases get loaded teach pitcher to run ball home

When my daughter was 3, that was the same schedule they gave us. After a couple of games the coach asked the parents if we could just skip the practices. None of the parents objected. At that age, they just run around anyway.

My son is 3 and playing for the first time this year. I’m forcing him to throw lefty and already teaching him how to throw a nasty curveball. He’s gonna be in the majors one day

You gotta be kidding right? Two hours a week of practice is “ intense”. At that age it’s anything but intense. It’s the beginning of teaching your kid work ethic and the reward given to those that do so. This is what happens when millennials start having children...

Op needs a mentor.
Pearl jam sounds like he understands kids.

Hey op. Read pearl jams post and for you, learn pranayama.
Deep slow breaths for 5 minutes before you engage the kids.
Make it about how long you take to exhale, without discomfort.
S l o w. Deep.

No injuries.
Warm ups. A little stretching.

About the only thing that seems out of norm is having practice and a game on the same day. Other than that, practice once or twice a week along with having one game a week on a day different than practice day is normal. And doing so doesn't mean it's intense.

Well obviously it would be on a 3-4 year old level that includes candy or Chuck E Cheese. Don’t overthink it. Geez
