I'd go with the greatest shoe of all time... cordovan and black saddle oxfords.

That shade is too dark for a dark jacket IMO. I don't mind colors other than white or light blue for dress shirts, but I think they should be light shades about 99% of the time.

I'll be honest, with that shirt nothing else is going to really matter.

That shirt is way too dark and shouldn't be worn, ever.

Eta: especially with navy or black pants

Whats wrong with the shirt. Of the 3 places I went looking for a jacket, every single person who helped me mentioned how nice the shirt color was.

Seemingly overnight, about five or eight years ago, blue clothing with brown shoes have become the norm. I like both, to be honest.

This change was more like 15 years ago, it just took a while for a certain crowd (the "anything but a navy or gray suit with black shoes looks unprofessional" crowd) to accept it. Brown and charcoal has always been fine.

OP, ditch the shirt. your jacket, navy pants and brown shoes will be fine, but you need a lighter shirt.

It's way too dark. You're going to look like a color wheel or dark colors.

It's so saturated that it majorly limits what you can wear it with. There are times you can wear it, but it requires a lot of work to have it look right. None of the stuff you listed in the OP compliments that shirt.

It is if it were a stand alone shirt. It doesn't go with your other pieces.

This. With a dark blue shirt, the jacket should be a light gray or it's going to look like you got dressed in the dark because they'll be too close. To get a sense for what works together, go to Indochina.com and scroll through the pictures there. Coincidentally that's a great place to get totally custom suits done at a really reasonable price. I use it (though the fitting at a brick and mortar store is always going to be better than your own measurements because they use starter coats and jackets and adjust from those).

ETA: I just scrolled through the gray suits and didn't see any dark blue shirts in the pictures.

Charcoal suits are my favorite because you can wear a dark brown, burgendy/red, or black and each one adds a different level of dress.

Honestly, that saturated of blue shirt I'd likely only consider wearing under a light colored sweater.

Agree. Too electric to go with the tie described and other schemes.

I would got white shirt. At some point the jacket will come off and it will be even more electric.
