Suicides are like black on black violence.

We pretend they don’t exist.

On Twitter
RT BR_Traffic LA 70 West remains closed at the Sunshine Bridge due to an accident. Congestion remains minimal at this time. Use alternate route.

I searched “Sunshine Bridge” on Twitter

Weirded out right now, supposedly someone jumped 6/29

They or their estate should have to pay business loss claims. Plenty of other more efficient ways to go without ruining the day of people that never met you or had anything to do with your decision to escalate your death.

Robins Dry Dock/Bean Dredging problem. Unless he hits your business on the way down, you probably don't have a claim for economic loss.

If my truck is stuck in traffic for an extra four hours and I have to pay a driver and eat the costs for a late deliver x 200-300 trucks that are delayed then there is not business losses?

That is surprising.

The general rule is that you can not recover a purely economic loss without some kind of physical injury to property in which you have an economic interest.

So if you own a plant that gets its fuel from a pipeline owned by someone else, and a dredge knocks out the pipeline and shuts down your plant, you can’t recover lost profits from the dredge owner.
