I need to talk to your electricians. I’m currently on this road now. Not sure what to do with my master license once I get it.
Start stacking state licenses and be a license qualifier for someone. We typically pay 2k/month per state or i do a decent salary with a 500/month per state stipend. There's an entire market for companies that need contractor licenses that aren't even contractors. I'm in finance but some states require us to be licensed because we do home improvement finance.

1. You work, learn more, and develop new skills, and journeyman isn't your ceiling any more. Also, I can take my family on the road with me.
your ceiling may not be journeyman but everyone cant go be above a journeyman. then there is nobody left to do the work. 90% never make it above journeyman.

2. I'd rather work in the heat and cold then sit in a shitty office all day.
frick no. I have done both, i promise its really nice to be in the AC. I did it for years, frick august heat or January cold in the trades.

3. I can get laid off or quit and get another job within a week. That's freedom.
umm so can anyone. but most people with a degree arent getting laid off for a month or two each year or having to go company to company like many in the trades doo

4. Sure, if you stay in the south. Bigger locals and bigger jobs make contractors take better care of their people.
again...like the point about journeyman....the math doesnt work that away. everyone cant go up north or out west.....
math not your strong suit?

We did just fine, She's going to Harvard for free, we sure did something right. Maybe a little non traditional lifestyle would help your kids do better too.
I doubt they'll be proud of a roid raging meathead when theyre grown
by non traditional lifestyle do you mean being a swinger letting other men frick your wife and having to raise your grandkids

That was back when you got a degree that meant something. Today most of what people get degrees in are worthless. If you don't belive me, ask a barrista.
why do you repeat stupid shite?
why does the average college grad make a million more than the average without over the course of a life time?

One of my former students went to a trade school and studied to be an electrician. He got an internship while going to school that paid 40 dollars an hour. Not bad for a 19 year old. I have started steering kids toward skilled trades rather than the traditional college path.

The reason Linemen make so much money:
LINEMAN IMPROVING AFTER ELECTRIC SHOCK: 24-year-old Entergy lineman Hunter Alexander is now off a ventilator and talking inside a Shreveport, LA hospital. Two days ago he was repairing lines damaged in the ice storm near Jonesboro, LA when he was seriously injured. He’s undergone a fasciotomy surgery to improve blood flow in his arms.

Bruh. Sounds good, doesn't work... at Harvard except in very unusual situations where the student is and has been truly financially separated from her family.

Shows how much you don't know about Harvard.

Most people are shocked when they find out how bad of an electrician I am.

I'm curious about the new nuclear facility in Mississippi. Anybody know what that is referring to?

Well I’d rather pay my kids tuition than them be orphans.
