Check your jars folks. Wife just bought a new jar today and now it's in the garbage.

quote:

The FDA states that Jif product lot code numbers 1274425 through 2140425 are affected by the recall and advises people in possession of those products to throw it away.

Lot code numbers can be found alongside the best-if-used-by date on Jif peanut butter products.

Ate some this morning with breakfast. Then saw the recall. Remainder is in the trash.

Thoughts and prayers, appreciated.

Funny enough I was eating some from lot 2081425 as I read this. I have been eating it with my bananas for the last week. RIP to me.

I work for a company in Louisville that makes a blend from JM Smucker in Cincinnati. We get it delivered by tanker truck every day. It's edible oils

Too much numbers. I'll die on Peanut butter Hill. 3 tablespoons each slice of bread and a dollop of some strawberry jam washed down with some ice cold milk is quite possibly one of the greatest pleasures on earth.

Grow up. Same goes if you eat that Peter Pan garbage or any of those unhealthy almond butters.
