A can of Coke from a vending machine should always be 50 cents.

An arcade game should always be a quarter.

What arcade games are you playing that are only a quarter?

Maybe a quarter century ago they were that price.

So even if the cost goes up, the price should stay the same?

Hoopy, I am guessing you do not like raises at your job? Why should anyone be limited in price freezes, Mr. Communist? In a free market society businesses are able to charge any price they believe they can get for their product.

Pay phones should be a dime a call.

FWIW. I have an old bottle coke machine that is set at $0.30 from the 70’s. I load it up with bottles of Fanta and Coke for the neighborhood kids and bottles of beer for the dads. We sit around the garage on the weekends and get shitty (the dad’s). I am probably losing money but haven’t done the math.

Unsolicited advice should always be free.

Even if the person giving it appraises it at $0.02.

So if a store pays 75 cents per bottle, they should take a loss and sell it at 50 cents?
