In most suites, food and non alcohol drinks are included.

I would help liaison things when the fortune 500 company I worked for came to the Astrodome in Houston for a tradeshow. Having them set up a water dispenser was $200 a day for three days. This was 30 years ago.

i was in the hotel business (catering) for 20 yrs...
we sold a gallon of hot water for $100 (for tea)
