Cool! You got an old CRT TV to hook it up to or do they make adapters?

When the Sheriff arrives to transport ya to Angola them mortgage documents don't mean nearly as much to ya anymore.

That's a nice score. Last time I cleaned out a house, all I found was a nickel bag of swag.

You're in the property preservation/REO business?

no, was helping out a friend who does it. His truck was broke down and asked if I could pull his trailer over there with mine. First time I've ever done anything like that.

No ET, no care.

I did win a Yar's Revenge contest at Sears in the fall of '82. That game was the GOAT 2600 game.

Cool

He recieved the OK to do the cleanout before the auction? Not to be that guy but usually no personal property is supposed to be removed from the property until after it has gone through auction.

Just saying be careful bragging about it or you could get your friend in trouble. Now if his client gave the authorization then that's on them.

Sadly there are attorneys that know companies that do this work all have GL insurance so they go around and get people to say that their great grandmother's panties were family heirlooms and were stolen therefore they are not able to put a value on them and will settle for no less than $30K.

I deal with fake claims constantly.
