Probably didn't miss. When you're hunting the mammalian equivalent of an M-1 Abrams, its the risk you take.
Without googling, I'm pretty sure the Cape Buffalo is the second deadliest animal in Africa behind the Hippo.

Turns out, the dude only had a license to hunt pigeons. Also of note, the video isn’t awful. I was expecting much worse. Turn the volume down maybe.
