Latoya just scheduled a press conference for 12:30 I am guessing to explain why nothing will open in NOLa despite the rest of the state going to phase 1.

Phase 1 will start on the 15th, but will still continue to have some stupid different restrictions.

Eased, but they will be requiring everyone to wear the masks.
It's a simple way for them to figure out which of us are easy to comply.

He will extend, but will do it by announcing some screwed up Phase 1 reopening that we are already abiding under.

We will know at 2:30 whether the State will ease back into normalcy with the approval of the Governor or ease bank into normalcy without approval.

Either way the SAHO will be neglected by most

I think he'll ease it. Nobody is listening anymore anyway.

If he doesn’t ease things it will get pretty rough pretty quick. Memorial Day is Coming soon and people are not gonna want to be stuck in their back yard that weekend. ESP if the weather is nice. We may have a slight uptick in cases but you gotta start somewhere.

Actually it's the 16th, the order ends at the end of the 15th
