Possibly the OT definition of Trashy - pic has it all

Sorry for the poor quality but I caught this on the move in the dark over the weekend at a Mardi Gras parade. (ETA: As happens with the OT, it seems people are more concerned with the camera/photo quality than the content of the post. I apologized in advance. Damn. It was an iPhone 8 shot in almost blackout conditions with zoom from a moving float and I was hammered. What do y'all want? Ansel Adams was unavailable.)
