I havent followed the current case. I dont care. I was talking about Dahmer only.

Where I personally fall on this case is that:
- The prosecution didn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she didn't have any mental disease or defect at the time of the killing. And lacked the substantial ability to appreciate the criminality of wrongfulness of misconduct or conform her conduct to the requirements of the law.
- She killed her kids, in whatever mental state, and should never be free for the rest of her life. If she was ever released, this could happen again with whatever concoction of meds. It should never be allowed to happen again for her.
- I don't care if she rots in a prison for life, or goes to a mental institution for life. If she's ever released, that's a terrible miscarriage of justice. 100%, full stop.

If some of the jury believes this then it could result in a hung jury where nothing happens. I haven't really kept up with the case though.

All killers know right from wrong however, Dahmer was not a sane person. The dude was "grocery shopping" for people bro. He cooked and ate people. He froze body parts for later in his fridge. He was so fricked up, he wasnt even coherent enough to realize the smell of rotting bodies was putrid throughout his residence and everyone around could smell it.

This woman is manifestly insane by the mere fact that she killed her little children with her bare hands. The question is what to do with her? I believe she should be executed (crazy or not) just to get her out of our plane of existence because she’s an evil, evil presence.

Dahmer was sicko - he actually grew up in Ohio (same as Bob Berdella). His SSN was 284-60-5333 LOL (Death Index provides SSN)

I 100% agree with this as well and have said so.
In Ohio, you have to prove by clear and convincing evidence that you were NGRI.
