I think it’s time for new doctors.
Doctors will not cure you. They treat your symptoms. Your health is a trillion-dollar business. As soon as people realize that, you will be better off. They are paid to keep you sick, it's their livelihood. Don't get me wrong they are probably great people and want to help, but the whole healthcare system for lack of a better term is COMPLETELY frickED.

If you really want to laid just to relieve some of the stress and depression, take a trip to Sparks Nevada and book a girl at the Mustang Ranch brothel. Trust me, there are some smoking hot girls there. There’s around 15-20 girls you can choose from. Downside is it’s pretty fricking expensive, you’re talking at least $1,000 an hour. However, they test all of their sex workers for STDs per Nevada state law, so you don’t have to worry about that.

Originally yes but haven't lived there for awhile. Miss some of the food and festivals like most from Louisiana but don't miss the rest of it.

I live in Lake Mary halfway between Orlando and Daytona Beach. I don't get down to Tampa/St. Pete/Sarasota very often but I know that's a beautiful area. I typically go up to the St. Augustine/Palm Coast/Flagler Beach/Ormond Beach area.

Find a religion that makes sense to you and go to services regularly. Get involved with congregation leadership if you think you can help.
Start or change your exercise regimen. Follow it regularly.
Try new hobbies and expand any old ones. I love golf, gardening, music, reading, sports, comedy and fishing. Spending time NOT thinking about your issues is good for you and frees your mind to make new connections.
Join groups that have similar interests.
You will find a mate only by not looking. Believe me there are members of the opposite sex that will identify with you.
Medicine finds new methods of treatment every day! Stay positive. I know it’s hard but anything worthwhile is hard.

Never, never, never give in! This is your life, live it for your own edification.

Well it's good for a laugh. Glad I'm not the only one.

But seriously yeah I even take baby wipes with me now because I don't want that area being sore for the next few hours. I know it doesn't cause any crazy medical problems but wow is it a pain in the a**, literally.

I know it’s difficult to think about when you’re experiencing health issues, but what’s your overall health like?

Height? Weight? Diet? Exercise regime? Strength numbers? VO2 max? Body fat percentage? Air quality in your home? Sleep schedule? How much sunlight do you get each day? Hormone levels?

You might have a chronic condition that creates extra challenges for you. But you still have to make the choice to put yourself first and become the best version of yourself possible.

I've overweight if that's what you're talking about but not crazy. I probably would need to lose 30 pounds to be back in my desired weight range for my height and that is some I do want to do. Not sure about strength or VO2. I had VO2 tested several years back but not recently. Body fat isn't great, I know I need to work on that.

Sleeping is interesting as I do wake up tired sometimes but other times I'm okay. I'm told I don't snore though I probably should look at a sleep study. The thought of a cpap though, ugh I hate it. Hormone levels from all the previous years of blood work are typically fine.

Why the Hell not? Latinas are where it's at. Not materialistic, huge heart, family and God first. Plus, a sexy accent.

Been to Maine? I mean really up in the woods, or near the coast, or Acadia National Park? The air is so fresh and clean, it is noticeable when you breathe. Maybe just take a vacation for a week and go do some hiking or some kayaking.
Please don’t give up.
Big hugs!

Good one. I suggest you actually go to one of the ranches and maybe you just might lay brick for the first time in your 40+ years of existence.

Coastal, i wont bore you or anyone else with the details but just know that we are both in a VERY similar situation. I dont have any words of encouragement as im going through a lot of the same doubts but just know you are not alone in having these thoughts. I wish the best for you and if you ever need to hear someone else vent or just need someone to listen, message me. I may not have advice but i assure you that i will listen and sympathize with you

Thank you, I appreciate that. Has there been anything you have done that you find helps you?

you have to find something greater than yourself. Find a purpose in helping others or animals or society in some form. Also, focus on gratitude. What is your social situation? do you have friends where you live? Are your conditions treatable ultimately? Is this feeling intensified recently? are you able to move around physically?

My dude. You just need a little purpose in life. Got any hobbies? Any financial ability to change jobs to something more interesting?
And regardless of your health… there will be women willing to date/build a life with you if you have the right attitude and know what you want out of it.
Don’t check out man. We have one life and adversity is a bitch but you gotta hang on.

Thanks man! I still feel dumb on a lot of things about our health that I should know and what we were not taught in school. I'm just here to try and help where I can whether people want to hear it or not. I can at least say I gave them the building blocks to spark their curiosity, intuition, and critical thinking.
