They shot him when he kept walking towards them with a knife. They tased him when he was walking away from them.

Technically that was the right thing to do.
You don’t frick around with a dude with a knife. You shoot that sob cause they can get on you quick. It looks like he dropped the knife and the cop kicked it away so then they could taste him vs nuts shooting him again.

This is why cops who are shooting to kill, need to do head shots. IF all he had was a knife, then shoot his legs and cuff him.

Makes sense but dang. The dude took 5 rounds got up all zombie like and kept moving. Regardless of direction, I gotta admire the realization that he’s walking away so I’ll tase him now vs the thought that the zombie apocalypse is upon us

Read the story of the murder of Baton Rouge Police Officer Linda Lawrence from back in the late 1970’s. That dude was shot multiple times for close range in the head, chest, arms, legs, etc, (some were contact shots), by Linda’s partner but he just kept coming.

I was attacked by homeless man high on PCP around 1999 at the shell stAtion on perkins where the Acadian village shopping is currently..
That fricker wouldn’t stop.. he had a broken leg and a bleeding head wound and I was 20 + years younger and actually in shape and strong…. I wore out like fat guy at a buffet trying to get away while defending myself.

Cops can’t disarm a man with a knife without shooting him? Damn they are such scared cowards. These are the exact type cops that won’t have an issue coming into your home to take your guns.
