There was a guy killed in a hit and run several years ago whose father was a black GI during Vietnam. His father's genes dominated, so you couldn't tell he was Vietnamese, but he struggled to speak English.
Looking at the guy, he does have some Vietnamese features, but the honky features are far more dominant.
