Subjective.

Seems pretty off road to me.

FTR I have never owned a pathfinder.

It's technically a crossover with an exhaust leak.

That's an XTerra in your photo. They unfortunately stopped making them several years ago.

This is a Pathfinder:

You just listed a mid-size SUV, full size SUV and a minivan.

Do you call all steaks ribeyes?

Yes. A 3 row unit body car that can neither tow anything of substance nor be taken off road. Thats the Ford Explorer, Nissan Pathfinder, or Toyota Sienna.

So your answer is no, then.

Some of you are clearly frustrated about driving a minivan with potentially deadly CO leak.

You realize you just posted a picture of a Nissan Rogue?

In his defense, the new Explorers are unibody based on the Taurus platform and are FWD. I know they are considered SUV's, but they are closer to a minivan than they are SUV's. Especially considering the old Explorers were RWD body on frame.

Sucks about the exhaust leaks though.

Google search both, he definitely posted a Pathfinder. Rogue is smaller.

Look at the roof step at the for light bar. That is not a Pathfinder. It is SIMILAR to the old Pathfinders but nothing like a new Pathfinder.

There's more to this story.

quote:

In several cases, Ford found gaping holes had been drilled into the backs of Explorers after they were delivered to police departments, Weigandt said. The holes were used to install equipment, such as additional radios. They weren't properly sealed, allowing carbon monoxide to enter the vehicle, she said

I'm glad I'm not alone in my disdain for people who call their unibody "crossovers" an SUV.

I'm sorry, but they are driving slightly lifted cars, not SUVs.

I may be confused about what picture being referred to but the picture above of the mud covered off road vehicle is an exterra.

You are correct this was in reference to the person saying the picture posted before mine was of a rouge.
