I have been woefully unimpressed with their ability to gel (and manage) online content. They cannot even put it on a single platform as each does it differently.

Many of us have moonlighted as a teacher for 2 months in their stead, yet lets kiss your nearest educators backside.

Just tired of this PC white knighting of several unworthy groups.

Makes sense.

If I can use my mere 110 students as a sample size like you did your teachers, then I too have been woefully unimpressed by the parents’ ability to help their children learn even the simplest of concepts that we’d usually fly through in a brick and mortar classroom.

Lets start this off as i am not a teacher. Your kids usually go to school everyday correct? The material is usually not posted online everyday correct? I am assuming YOU have been staying home from work for 7-8 hours a day with your child teaching them and making sure they are not acting an arse correct? Teachers do not get near the praise they deserve sure their are some shite ones but for the most part they are pretty good and change your kids life everyday. So yeah ill kiss a teachers arse they deserve it.

I can't really be mad at teachers for being unable to be successful in an online environment. Their jobs aren't built for online. I think the average teacher would admit to you that this online distance stuff has been a disaster.

Teachers are whiney bitches. They hate they aren’t getting praise when the medical field is getting praise. So they got to do these stupid arse Facebook car parades to make themselves feel important.

Look out! You done triggered the Karen's now. I can see them taking out their earrings from here. You're gonna get a sternly worded letter and someone's gonna demand to speak to the manager.

Hmmmm, well maybe the fact that y’all fly through them isn’t helping the students’ learning abilities?

They get praised quite a bit for being "pretty good."

I needed this slap in the face. I was this close to appreciating teachers. Thanks for the wake up call.

No need to butt kiss, but like many of the rest of us, they were thrown in to a new normal that no one prepared for. What I have seen is parents that are executives by day, that cannot complete elementary school instructions without needing their hands held. Parents that have not learned to be parents, and are dependent on the school system to teach simple tasks to their children.

yeah, posting embedded youtube tutorials (made by someone else), pdf notes and practice tests can be taxing......addressing emails is also tough.

and, you self-admittedly "fly" through the material, huh?
That sentiment doesn't read well my man.

Teachers have to put up with your kids. Judging by your posting, it's not worth the money.

Teachers aren't the smartest. If they are, they don't end up teaching. If you can, you do. If you can't, you teach.

So, now its not the indigent/fatherless population that uses the school system as a crutch, but executives as well......oh fricking puhleez.

I would like to know what your stance is on truckers that bring groceries to the stores, and the guys that get them to the shelves is.

Are they the real heroes? Without them, the teachers and nurses would have starved to death while sitting on their computers, complaining about a job they chose.

In this situation, I give far more credit to those folks......they have been busting their asses.
