Mainline crew hit the regional crew but what fault % do the regional guys likely have?
probably none but it's hard to say without knowing a little more about it, it is possible that they were where they weren't supposed to be but again, hard to speculate without more info, if they were stopped with the brakes set, and the big guy hit them, particularly in what looks to be pretty good weather, more than likely it's on the mainline boys

No posts from Tuscaloosa yet. I assume he is still being questioned by the FAA.
I was wondering what his take was ha. I think he flies for UA though but I could be making that up.

No I was heading to Tokyo. I’m glad we’re still flying out today. Well. I guess that remains to be seen still.

good luck with that, good thing is, being at their largest hub, odds of finding a new jet are pretty good, got to call out a reserve crew, hopefully they can get you on your way in a reasonable time frame

What an a-hole. This A350 should sit for 6 months for this.

Gorilla Glue. Won't peel off like duct tape and waterproof too.

I'd say this is more on the Air Traffic Controlers. They have been shockingly bad the past year or so. Lots of videos out there, with audio, about this subject

Now what can Delta do for my emotional trauma from this?
Quite a large number of lawyers that advertise on ATL TV to help with this.

can only imagine the pilot opening the window to look back (is that possible?) and thinking "shite. That's not great." Or how do you see the rear of the plane? Do you have to get out?
CRJs don’t have cockpit windows that can open. You have to get out and walk around to see the rear part of the aircraft.
You could open the escape hatch at the top of the cockpit but I probably wouldn’t do that.

There's worse airports to be stuck in.
You have like 120 restaurants and bars to choose from.
There's even an hourly hotel in concourses B, E, and F.

This is why this place is unmatched on the internet Two planes collide at an airport 500 miles away and one of the posters here was on it. Pandemic starts in China? We’re there.

Could be recency bias but I feel like we have had many close calls in the past few yrs. Glad this was on the ground

Daily Mail interviewed a weatherman from Tampa who was on his way to Lafayette to cover the storm.
I wonder if a bunch of them on the plane could get together and charter a flight, tell the pilot to land them, take off west and pick them up sometime tomorrow.
