Agreed. One of the most disappointing experiences of my life. Five Guys, Shake Shack, and Fatburger kicks the shite out of it, and they may have the worst fries in the industry. Taste like pure cardboard.

Meh, 5 guys is good but it isn't touted as the best burger ever. It seems everyone who has been West of Denver says that about in m out. Like they are part of a club that easterners don't belong to.
