I'd be curious to see just how different an A5 domestic (or Japanese non-Kobe) Wagyu is vis a vis a real deal Kobe. I have had real A5 Wagyu a few times, and it is truly spectacular. I'd be curious to see if the amateur can tell any difference at all.
