Bring a little flashlight next time you eat at fleur d lis...check out bathroom cleanliness,condition of the 40 yr old ceiling tiles and what has to be the original flooring....think about it...these are all things easily seen, wonder what the cook prep and walk-in coolers look like ?

Ruths Chris is solid, I just make sure they hold off on melting an entire stick of butter on my steak, completely unnecessary on a great filet IMO.
I've had better steaks elsewhere (note: never been to the Baton Rouge location), but I've never had a bad steak at RC.
