They didn't see him shoot any gun. They didn't see him hold any gun. All they saw was a guy with nothing in his hands running away from them.

The cops could and the first reports mention absolutely nothing about running towards people. You'd think they'd release that if it were the case.
Plus, if was running towards people, that would be a terrible shoot because civilians would be in the crossfire. Giving the cop the benefit of the doubt on that one.

He just happened to have been driving by the shooting and have 2 guns in the car, flee cops by vehicle, then by foot, but was completely innocent. 
I’m not saying it’s a good or bad shoot, but you seem to be saying this guy could’ve been just an innocent bystander driving by.

You can run towards people and still not be near people.
Like running towards an apartment complex or mall.
In the video, they were near what appeared to be occupied buildings.

It’s a residential area, people are everywhere. They could walk out at any moment and be a target for him.

It's amazing how people can be so absolutely sure about whether this was a good shooting from only three seconds of video from 150 yards away.

There is no evidence rose committed the crime in question right now. The guns were found in floorboard. Cop will get a vacation and taxpayers a bill.

Look at the replies in the thread on the guy cheapshotting the other guy from behind over his woman. How many times is he called a pussy? Yet when a cop kills someone from behind, it's all good. Cognitive dissonance is ridiculous.
